Communications
We pride ourselves on professional, timely communication. Our ability to respond to your needs is our top priority. In order to accommodate all requests timely, CNM requires all questions or issues be submitted through the private residential portal, AppFolio. We guarantee that all requests will be responded to within 24 hours.
Insurance
To ensure your home and possessions are completely taken care of, rental insurance is required for all tenants.
Weather Emergencies
Tenants will receive documentation with the local weather stations, social media and steps to protect their residence for insurance purposes via AppFolio email and/or text.
Unbiased Management
CNM recognizes and appreciates every tenant. Tenant's rental application cannot be denied of race, gender, national origin, disability, religion, genetic information, or age.
Lease Renewals
CNM will ensure we meet your executed lease renewal date notification requirement. We will provide the latest real estate comps within your property's location, examine the current insurance and property tax rate, then present a renewal option.
Security
It is very important that all tenants feel safe in their home. We encourage tenants to only provide copies of your key and security codes to CNM. Ring, Nest and Google Home are some of the approved interchangeable security methods we recommend to both Homeowners and tenants. Also, CNM will notate the name, age and amount of individuals living in the home.
Cleanliness
CNM requires all tenants maintain a well kept home, both exterior and interior. We have strict lawn, trash, pet and hoarding policies.
Tenant Coverage
CNM requires additional documents to be executed with the lease. These documents are in place to ensure the safety and protection of both the Homeowner and tenants. Examples of additional documentation: Multi-Family Parking Assignments, Rental Insurance Agreements, Key Release Agreements.
