CNM will ensure we meet your executed lease renewal date notification requirement. We will provide the latest real estate comps within your property's location and present a renewal option.
It is very important that all tenants feel safe in their home. We encourage tenants to only provide copies of your key and security codes to CNM. Ring, Nest and Google Home are some of the approved interchangeable security methods we recommend to both Homeowners and tenants. Also, CNM will notate the name, age and amount of individuals living in the home.
CNM requires all tenants maintain a well kept home, both exterior and interior. We have strict lawn, trash, pet and hoarding policies.
CNM requires additional documents to be executed with the lease. These documents are in place to ensure the safety and protection of both the Homeowner and tenants. Examples of additional documentation: Multi-Family Parking Assignments, Rental Insurance Agreements, Key Release Agreements.
