Property Manager
Cheyenne Nicole Management (CNM)
First and foremost, I am a mom of an amazing little boy.
I began my professional career in 2013 with IMA London American Insurance as an Underwriters Assistant. In addition to IMA, I worked in the restaurant industry at various establishments in Sugar Land and Houston, Texas. In 2016, I became Co-Owner of Mid Coast Construction, which specialized in roofing.
During the pandemic of 2020, I had the pleasure of accepting the role of Assistant Property Manager of Flex Companies and Cheyenne Nicole Management (CNM). Within that role, I was able to learn QuickBooks, maintain considerable tenant relationships in several different cities and provide extensive problem solving working with multiple on-site vendors. In January 2023, Flex Companies promoted me to Garfield RV Park Manager and Assistant Corporate Event Coordinator with Texas Old Town.
As of April 2023, I have the pleasure of helping expand the Texas Old Town venue to host events such as corporate meetings, charity events, church gatherings, birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, memorial or remembrance services, retreats, fundraisers, and more.
I am an active volunteer for the following charities: Houston Food Bank, and Kids Meals, Inc. I am an ambassador for Texas Children's Hospital.
I am a proud member of the NARPM® - National Association of Residential Property Managers, Houston Chapter. I hold certificates in NARPM® Code of Ethics, NARPM® Finance and Property Management and NARPM® Profitability & Client Relations.
I am currently in the process of obtaining my real estate license, Certified Quality Event Planner (CQEP)™, and Event Planning Specialist Certification (CEPS).
In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family and trying out the latest restaurants.
