On February 21, 2024, I had the honor of being an official sponsor of Xtreme Texas Cookers, led by pitmaster Phong Vuong, at the legendary Rodeo Houston Cookoff. Known for their bold flavors and high-energy presence, Phong and his team brought their A-game—serving up award-worthy BBQ to a packed crowd of rodeo-goers and fellow competitors. The cookoff is one of the most anticipated events of the season, and supporting a team as passionate and dedicated as Xtreme Texas Cookers made it all the more special.
